Nathan Schleicher is a Certified 401(k) Professional by The Retirement Advisor University in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education.
The C(k)P® Certified 401(k) Professional Designation represents the pinnacle of achievement for the professional Retirement Plan Advisor, recognizing a combination of substantial practical retirement plan management experience, and the completion of a comprehensive and highly specialized educational program. To earn the right to use the C(k)P® designation requires more than just academic aptitude. A financial professional must have demonstrated real world application of the core competencies taught in the classroom.
Since 2005, Nathan has dedicated his career specializing in 401(k)’s and other qualified retirement plans. His main focus is on advising corporations and executives on how to conduct fiduciary best practices for their retirement plans. This includes assistance with investment due diligence, plan compliance, and implementing and monitoring successful retirement plans.
Nathan has helped build a successful 401(k) advisory consulting practice by providing corporations with proven strategies that have resulted in improved outcomes for participants and reduced liability for employers.
As a plan sponsor and participant advocate, Nathan’s expertise in vendor negotiations has resulted in lowering total plan and administrative costs for plans of all sizes. Nathan’s interest in behavioral finance has helped plan sponsors understand how plan design can dramatically improve their employees’ ability to successfully retire.
Nathan attended Appleton West High School and then majored in Finance with an emphasis on Investment Management as an undergraduate and earned his B.S. from Ferris State University in Michigan.
Nathan lives in Appleton with his wife, Erin and outside of work he keeps busy with golfing, martial arts, drumming, traveling and following Wisconsin sports teams.
